iSMS has helped NGOs and advertising agencies to promote health related issues. We work with Media 365 who are spear heading the Club Risky Business under the 'One Love Kwasila' campaign. onelovekwasila.org.zm. iSMS has employed SMS technology in promoting good health. We partnered with Society for Family Health  by keeping the clients who undergo male circumcision infomed on the dos and donts expected after the operation via text messageing www.sfh.co.za.
SMS are sent to the client's mobile phone keeping them in the know of what to do and what not to do.

Where else can this be used?

• This can also be used for patient appointment reminders and reminding patients to regularly take their prescribed medication on time.
• This can equally be employed by doctors who  need feedback from patients through SMS and also to view questions sent in by the general public via Text messaging.
• For doctor -patient interaction for example "Good morning, your test results are ready Doc. Mulenga"
• Doctors and health workers can use it for internal purposes, for instance " Doc. Mulenga you are urgently needed in the ER"
• Improving post-treatment care; post treatment medical advice and support by SMS.
